Normal delivery time is 2-4 working days unless otherwise stated. All packages in Sweden are delivered by PostNord.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You always have a 30-day right of withdrawal, and if you are not satisfied with something you have ordered, you can return your item to us. As a customer, you have the right to receive a refund within 14 days from the day we receive your return.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You always have the right to a full refund on your unused items in undamaged original packaging within the first 30 days. The time is counted from the date you receive your order. You will receive your refund when the items have been returned to us. Products purchased in our online store cannot be returned or exchanged at any of our retailers, only in our online store. In case of a return, we will deduct the amount for return shipping in the refund. This amount corresponds to 69 SEK. Items that are lost during transportation, unfortunately, cannot be compensated. Please note that we cannot accept returns that have not been sent with our prepaid shipping label. If you have sent your return using your own choice of carrier, the package will not be delivered to our warehouse, and we cannot refund your order.
When purchasing an item on promotion where a free item is included in your purchase, the following applies to the open purchase: If you return an item you have purchased without also returning the item you received for free, we have the right to deduct the value equivalent to the item you received for free in the refund. When purchasing multiple items and you receive a higher discount than when purchasing one/fewer items, the following applies to returns: We adjust the refund so that the item you keep gets the correct discount equivalent to the campaign's offer.
How do I make a return?
Place the items in the delivery bag they were received in, or alternatively in another protective box or bag. Please fill in the return information at the following link. Wait for a QR code to be sent to you (via SMS or email). Hand in your return to the nearest post office and show your QR code. The postal agent then prints out your return label and attaches it to the package, and then gives you a receipt confirming that you sent the return. Using the tracking number you can easily and smoothly track your return. Once we have received and processed your return, we will credit you the amount for the items you have sent back. For repurchases, we charge a return fee of 69 SEK. Please note that we cannot accept returns that have not been shipped with our prepaid shipping label. If you have received the wrong item, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.orgWe always correct incorrect deliveries and, of course, also cover the shipping cost. If you happen to order an item that is not in stock, you will receive a full refund. We replace all defective items, provided that the ordered item is still in stock. When handling complaints, we follow Swedish consumer protection law. If you have received a damaged item, contact us immediately. In this way, we avoid misunderstandings, and you will either receive a new item or a full refund. We cannot guarantee that the colors on the website fully correspond to the true colors. This is partly due to the color settings on your computer and monitor. We cannot guarantee that all items are in stock at the time of ordering. In case of incorrect stock balance affecting your order, we will contact you by phone or email.
