Terms and Conditions

At Tripoint, we want shopping with us to be easy. Below, we have gathered all the information regarding purchases, payments, deliveries and returns. PRICES

The price on the website is always displayed including VAT within the EU.

Orders outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties, and/or taxes which are levied once your package reaches your country. Your order is delivered on a DDU (delivery duty unpaid) basis, which means that the price displayed at checkout is exclusive of all taxes and charges and Swedish VAT. We cannot provide information about the exact amount of duties and taxes your package may incur, as these fees are imposed directly by your local customs. We reserve the right to change the price of a product.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment must be made via Klarna Checkout's payment options.

DELIVERY TIME

At Tripoint, shipping is free of charge.
The normal delivery time in the Nordic countries is approximately 2-4 working days, and in the rest of Europe, it's about 5-8 working days.
Packages to Sweden, Finland, and Denmark are sent with PostNord MyPack.
Packages to Germany are sent with DHL.
Packages to the rest of Europe are sent with UPS.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You always have a 30-day right of withdrawal, and if you are not satisfied with something you ordered, you can return the item to us. The item must be unused and undamaged in its original packaging. As a customer, you have the right to receive a refund within 14 days from the day we receive your return.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

You are always entitled to a full refund for your unused items in undamaged original packaging within the first 30 days. The time is counted from the date you receive your order. You will receive your refund once the items have been returned to us. Products purchased in our webshop cannot be returned or exchanged at any of our retailers, only through our webshop. Products purchased from one of our retailers cannot be returned or exchanged in our webshop.

For returns, please contact our customer service at hello@tripoint.com, who will assist you with a return shipping label and further instructions. For returns, we deduct the return shipping cost from the refund. This amount corresponds to 69 SEK / 9 EUR / 50 DKK / 10 CHF.

Items lost during transport cannot be compensated for. Please note that we cannot accept returns that have not been sent with our prepaid shipping label. If you have sent your return with your own choice of carrier, the package will not be delivered to our warehouse, and we cannot refund your order.

When purchasing a product on promotion where a free item is included with your purchase, the following applies to open purchases: If you return an item you purchased without also returning the item you received with the purchase, we have the right to deduct the value corresponding to the item you received with the purchase from the refund.

When purchasing multiple items with a promotion offering a higher discount than when purchasing one/fewer items, the following applies to returns: We adjust the refund so that the item you keep receives the correct discount corresponding to the promotion offer.

DELIVERY

If you have received the wrong item, please contact us via email at hello@tripoint.com We always correct incorrect deliveries, and of course, we also cover the shipping costs. If you accidentally order an item that is not in stock, you will receive a full refund. We exchange all defective items, provided that the ordered item is still in stock. When handling complaints, we follow Swedish consumer protection laws. If you have received a damaged item, contact us immediately. This way, we avoid misunderstandings, and you will either receive a new item or a full refund. Products purchased in our webshop cannot be returned or exchanged at any of our retailers, only through our webshop.

OTHER

We cannot guarantee that the colors on the website exactly match the true colors. This is partly due to the color settings on your computer and monitor. We cannot guarantee that all items are in stock at the time of ordering. Regarding incorrect inventory balances affecting your order, we will contact you by phone or email. Tripoint cannot guarantee that the content of this website is constantly free from errors or typographical errors. We cannot guarantee that all information is up to date. Tripoint reserves the right to change the content of the website at any time. Although Tripoint strives for correct texts, images, and prices on the website and webshop, errors may occur. If you have been charged the wrong amount for a purchase in our webshop, we will help you place a new order with the correct price or cancel your order. If we cannot contact you, your order will be automatically processed. Tripoint reserves the right to retroactively correct prices, texts, products, or other content on our website. We reserve changes in stock and any technical errors in the webshop, browser, or server.
