Currently, we deliver to Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Germany, Austria, France, Belgium, Slovenia and Italy.

Has my order been processed?

Once your order has been received by us, you will receive an order confirmation sent to your email. If you haven't received an order confirmation after a few minutes, please check your spam folder. If you cannot find an order confirmation, please contact our customer service at, and we will assist you further.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please send an email to our customer service at as soon as possible with your desired changes, and we will see if this is possible. We always try to ship your order as soon as possible when it comes to us, and therefore, your order may already be packed and shipped.

I have chosen the wrong delivery address, how do I change it?

Please send an email to our customer service at as soon as possible with your desired changes. If your package hasn't already been picked, we can change it to another desired delivery address.

How many days does it take before my order arrives?

We ship your order as quickly as possible. Depending on the delivery option you have chosen, the delivery time is approximately 2-4 working days within the Nordic countries and 5-8 working days to other countries.

How do I track my package?

Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a delivery confirmation sent to you with a tracking number that you can use to track your package. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active.

What is the shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on all orders.


What is your return policy?

You always have the right to return your order within 30 days. The time is counted from the date your order was delivered. You must return the items in the same condition as you received them with the original packaging.

How do I make an exchange?

If you wish to exchange for a different color or model, return your item and place a new order online.

How do I make a return?

1. Pack the items in their original packaging.

2. Place the items in the delivery bag they were received in, alternatively in another protective box or bag.

3. Attach the return shipping label you received from us and drop off your package at the nearest drop-off point.

Using the tracking number on the return shipping label, you can easily and smoothly track your return. Once we have received and processed your return, we will credit you the amount for the items you have returned minus the cost of return shipping. Please note that we cannot accept returns that have not been sent with our prepaid shipping label. If you have sent your return with your own choice of carrier, the package will not be delivered to our warehouse, and we cannot refund your order.

What is the cost of my return?

For returns, we charge a fee of 69 SEK / 9 EUR / 50 DKK / 10 CHF.

Have you received my return?

Once our warehouse has received and processed your return, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that return processing may take a little longer than usual during holidays, vacation, and sales periods.

I didn't receive a return shipping label, what do I do?

Please contact our customer service at , and we will send you a new return shipping label. Please provide your order number in the subject line for faster handling of your request.

When will I receive my refund?

As soon as we receive your return package, we will notify Klarna to make a correction to you. If you haven't paid your invoice to Klarna, the price will be corrected immediately. If your invoice is paid to Klarna, the refund usually takes place within 5 banking days. For questions, please contact Klarna customer service.


I received the wrong item, what do I do?

If you have received the wrong item, please contact our customer service at and provide your order number in the subject line, and our customer service will assist you further.

How do I make a complaint about a product?

We are very sorry to hear that something is wrong with your product. Contact our customer service at , where our customer service will assist you. Please provide your order number in the subject line and include pictures showing the problem/damage. If the product was purchased from one of our retailers, please contact the store where the purchase was made.

Why doesn't my discount code work?

Discount codes cannot be combined with other discounts such as sales or welcome offers for newsletter subscriptions.
