To which countries does Tripoint deliver?
At the moment, we only deliver to Sweden, but we hope to soon be able to deliver to more countries.
What payment methods are accepted?
We use Klarna checkout.
Has my order gone through?
When your order has been received by us, you will receive an order confirmation sent to your email. If you have not received an order confirmation after a few minutes, please check your spam folder. If you cannot find an order confirmation, kindly contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will help you further.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please send an email to our customer service at email@example.com as soon as possible with your desired changes, and we will see if this is possible. We always try to send your order as soon as it reaches us, and therefore your order may already be packed and shipped.
I have chosen the wrong delivery address, how do I change it?
Please send an email to our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible with your desired changes. If your package has not already been picked, we can change it to another desired delivery address.
How many days does it take before my order arrives?
We send your order as quickly as possible. Depending on the delivery option you have chosen, the delivery time is approximately 2-4 business days.
How do I track my package?
When your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a delivery confirmation sent to you with a tracking number that you can use to track your package. Use the tracking number and follow your package at www.postnord.se
Please note that it may take up to 24 hours before the tracking number is active.
What is the shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
What is your return policy?
You always have the right to return your order within 30 days. The time is counted from the date your order was delivered. You must return the items in the same condition as you received them with the original packaging. For returns, we charge a fee of 69 SEK.
How do I make an exchange?
If you wish to exchange for another color or model, simply return your item and place a new order online.
How do I make a return?
Place the items in the delivery bag they were received in, or alternatively in another protective box or bag. Please fill in the return information at the following link. Wait for a QR code to be sent to you (via SMS or email). Hand in your return to the nearest post office and show your QR code. The postal agent then prints out your return label and attaches it to the package, and then gives you a receipt confirming that you sent the return. Using the tracking number you can easily and smoothly track your return. Once we have received and processed your return, we will credit you the amount for the items you have sent back. For repurchases, we charge a return fee of 69 SEK. Please note that we cannot accept returns that have not been shipped with our prepaid shipping label. If you have sent your return using your own choice of carrier, the package will not be delivered to our warehouse, and we cannot refund your order.
What does my return cost?

Have you received my return?
Once our warehouse has received and processed your return, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that return processing may take a little longer than usual during holidays, vacation, and sale periods.
When will I receive my refund?
As soon as we receive your return package, we will notify Klarna to make a correction for you. If you have not yet paid your invoice to Klarna, the price will be corrected immediately. If your invoice has been paid to Klarna, the refund usually takes place within 5 business days. For questions, please contact Klarna's customer service.
I received the wrong item, what do I do?
If you have received the wrong item, please contact our customer service at email@example.com and provide your order number in the subject line, and our customer service will help you further.
How do I make a complaint about a product?
We are very sorry to hear that something is wrong with your product. Contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org, and our customer service will help you further. Please provide your order number in the subject line and include pictures showing the issue/damage.
If the product was purchased from one of our retailers, please contact the store where the purchase was made.
Why doesn't my discount code work?
Discount codes cannot be combined with other discounts such as sales or welcome offers for newsletter subscriptions. If it still doesn't work after ensuring that you have not combined multiple discounts and that the code you entered is valid, you are welcome to email us at email@example.com, and we will try to help solve the problem.
